"B" Day!

B is for Bugs and Butterflies and Bumble Bees!!!
Carson, Makena, Camryn, Joseph, Anson and Tanner hold up an item that begins with the letter B that they chose from our Brown paper Bag.

Gluing Beans, Buttons & balloons to our letter Bb on black paper

They each did such a great job and worked so hard at their projects!
Anson had a blast Building with Boxes!

 Carson plays in the box
Camryn and Makena also had fun climbing and crawling through the tunnels we created.

On to snack time... we buttered our own bread and ate bananas.

I was impressed with how many kids chose wheat bread!

Then we turned some into cinnamon toast which everyone loved!
We went on a Bug hunt outside and look what we found!

Tanner loved playing outside.

The kids gluing their butterfly and bee wings

Everyone helped pour the ingredients for our bubbles

Oh, and we also talked a little about how butterflies are symmetrical. Obviously didn't catch on enough to implement in their own butterfly wing creations... ;)
What a blast we had!
